Exchange / Refunds

Any tickets for exchange must be returned to Fortune Theatre at least one day prior to the performance date. Under no circumstances will tickets be exchanged after the performance date.

Tickets are not transferable between plays. Any request to change an existing subscription or transfer tickets gives the Fortune Theatre the authority to change the location of the seats. Every effort will be made to reallocate the seats within the subscriber’s guidelines but seat location cannot be guaranteed. Refunds are made in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees and the Fair Trading Act.
