Lara Macgregor
Lara Macgregor is currently Artistic Director of Fortune Theatre and has directed over 15 productions in the last four years. As an actress Lara worked in the USA for ten years appearing at theatres all around the country. Her most recent performances since her return to NZ were at The Court Theatre (where she was Associate Artistic Director) in God of Carnage, Don't Mention Casablanca, and When the Rain Stops Falling. She was a featured actor at Fortune in Love, Loss and What I Wore in 2013, which she also directed.
Simon O'Connor
Simon O'Connor's skill leaves you speechless. He is a consummate actor, playwright, creator. In the past few years at Fortune he has appeared in Gifted, Heroes, A Short Cut to Happiness and Play. You may remember him from Heavenly Creatures among many other TV, film and radio performances.
